We’re a small team — so the people who work here have a real impact on what we make, how we work, and what RE3 becomes next.

Not many narrow lanes.
Our work takes a lot of forms: developing a new employee experience, designing a client gift, building a company store, sourcing something that doesn’t quite exist yet, or figuring out how to get 2,000 individually packed boxes where they need to go.
We work across creative, product, sourcing, technology, logistics, production and client service — often all within the same project. The best people here are curious, resourceful and comfortable figuring things out when the answer isn’t obvious.
You’ll have ownership. You’ll see your work make it into the real world. And you’ll probably learn more about embroidery, freight, packaging, APIs, Pantone colors and extremely specific types of drinkware than you ever expected.

Life at RE3
A few blocks from the Pacific.
We’re based in Solana Beach, California. Our office comes with an ocean view — admittedly difficult to compete with as an employee benefit.
More importantly, we’ve built RE3 so talented people can do ambitious work without a lot of layers between the idea and the outcome. Expect variety, autonomy, and to be asked what you think — and expect that no two weeks look exactly the same.
