The problem

Capital One’s Dealer Navigator MUSE platform helps automotive sales teams capture, manage, and convert leads. A key part of that experience is a premium NFC-enabled metal business card — tap it, and a prospect is instantly connected to the rep’s MUSE profile.

The challenge was scale. Every card needed to be personalized to a specific dealership and sales representative, with unique QR codes, identifiers, and account data — and the experience had to feel premium and professional.

Capital One needed a system capable of supporting hundreds of dealerships and ongoing replacement requests without creating a manual administrative burden. The solution had to deliver both customization and consistency, without sacrificing speed, accuracy, or quality.

The approach

A “WOW Kit” with automation behind it.

RE3 partnered with Capital One to design and build a fully automated, on-demand kit program that could scale alongside the MUSE platform. Working closely with the team, RE3 developed a custom “WOW Kit” experience centered around premium presentation, precision personalization, and operational simplicity.

Because every dealership and rep required unique data, RE3 built a dedicated fulfillment workflow that automates the process end to end. A custom online storefront lets dealerships request replacements whenever needed; orders authenticate directly through Capital One’s API, automatically pulling the correct account information and QR-code data before triggering production. From there, RE3 handles engraving, printing, kitting, quality control, and fulfillment.
