Wealth Architects wanted to celebrate that achievement with a gift that felt worthy of the occasion. It needed to recognize employees, reinforce the company’s identity, and communicate the significance of the milestone in a way that felt authentic — not like another piece of branded merchandise.

RE3 partnered closely with the Wealth Architects team to design a commemorative gift experience from the ground up. Rather than starting with products, the collaboration began with the story they wanted to tell — exploring how the company’s history, values, and identity could be translated into something employees would genuinely appreciate and keep.

The kit centered around a premium turned-edge magnetic presentation box wrapped in custom full-color graphics. Every component was chosen to feel substantial, useful, and timeless — working together as one cohesive experience rather than a collection of promotional items. Behind the scenes, RE3 managed sourcing, production, quality control, decoration, assembly, and vendor coordination across multiple manufacturing partners.
