Chris founded RE3 after spending more than fifteen years in the promotional products industry and realizing there had to be a better way. He believed companies deserved more thoughtful ideas, better products, and a partner invested in solving business problems… not simply filling orders. That philosophy continues to shape every project we take on.

Operations

David built the operational foundation that lets RE3 deliver consistently at any scale. Drawing on experience from Princeton, Disney, and a career in finance and operations, he creates the systems that allow thoughtful work to stay thoughtful… even as programs grow.

Alex keeps every project moving. She coordinates details, manages communication, and makes sure clients always know what’s happening next. With a fashion degree from the University of Arkansas and a sharp eye for trend and taste, she brings a natural sense of style and curation to every program… an instinct for what’s current that helps the work feel as considered as it is well-run.

Creative Direction

Michael’s career has rarely followed a straight line. He’s worked on national campaigns for Adidas, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, LEGO, and The North Face, designed for independent musicians and record labels, built software platforms, developed products, and somehow even ended up with work in the Smithsonian’s permanent collection. At RE3, all of those worlds come together… combining creativity, technology, and product thinking to help clients solve business problems in thoughtful ways.
